How we use your details
Flipbase B.V. (Zeestraat 61A, 2042 LB Zandvoort, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 69080860) uses what you fill in here only to answer your request and, if you go ahead, to set up your account.
We keep your name, company, role, email and anything you write in the open field in our own customer list (in the Video Strings app's database, Supabase), and your name, company and email go into your own link to the demo. That way we get a notification in our team chat (Slack) when you open it, which next step you pick and how far you got, and we keep track of that in our own system, so we can follow up properly. If you write notes or a question to us in the demo, we keep them with your name in the Video Strings app's database (Supabase), so your team and we can see them. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't share your details with anyone else.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing info@flipbase.com. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
