Pricing questions
What exactly is free in the first month?
Everything in the plan you choose, for a month. We send you a login, and you set it up yourself in a few minutes: ready-made questions for your goal, your branding, your first colleagues and a short opening video. Want help? Book a call, it's optional. We don't ask for a card.
What if hardly anyone takes part?
If fewer than 5 colleagues record a video in your first month, your second month is free too, so you can give it another go before you pay anything.
Which plan do we need?
Most organisations start with Team: one new video string a month, for example for the department that's hardest to hire for right now. Run more than that and Business or Enterprise fits. You can move to a bigger plan at any time.
What's the difference between the plans?
Only how many new video strings you can start each month: one, four, or unlimited. A video string you've started keeps running as long as you like. Colleagues and videos are unlimited on every plan.
How do we pay?
By invoice, once a year, starting after your free month. Prices exclude VAT.
Can we stop?
Any time during your free month, without paying anything. After that, a plan runs for the year you paid for.
What if we need an ATS link or several brands?
Tell us what you need and we'll make you an offer: videos inside your ATS, several brands or business units, or a security and procurement review.
